To support strategic mission needs and enhance talent retention, I propose granting administrative leave to employees relocating to an alternate facility a significant distance from their current duty station. This accommodation allows employees to manage their personal transitions without depleting their earned personal leave. Currently, this option is at the discretion of the employee's managers.
