Proposal to 752.202 Standard for Action and Penalty Determination
This proposed change is detrimental to the efficiency of federal service because immediately considering removal for a minor infraction will only create higher turnover leaving the agency knowledge gaps. I believe that this administration over the Office of Personnel Management does not like the current rules and regulations and is attempting to change them to ultimately transition most if not all roles of civil service to federal contractors in which to financially benefit themselves and their peers for years to come. Simultaneously, they claim to be Christian but their actions forget scripture that goes along with faith. 1 Timothy 6:10 reads, “For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil; which some reaching after have been led astray from the faith, and have pierced themselves through many sorrows.”
