Summary: The commenter opposes the proposed action, arguing that the regulations for the crypto bank are insufficient. They advocate for heavy regulation, public ownership transparency, and insurance requirements similar to traditional banking.
A bank should be heavily regulated for the protection of the investors or customers that open accounts. This is a crypto bank and crypto isn't regulated enough. To have secret owners of a bank should never happen in this country. All owners of a stable coin bank should be public for all to see. The stable coin bank should be heavily regulated like a regular bank is, including being insured and have special regulations to ensure all money is clean and legal. It would be criminal to pass this as it is.
