This does not pass the “smell test” for insider dealings by this already corrupt administration. I am nit a lawyer or a banker but it doesn’t take an expert to see that this benefits government officials and the current President in ways that should not be legal. I urge Congress to review this Federal Regulation and agree with comments already made regarding it’s irregularities and self-dealing. This crosses the line into Government as big business and not as the servant of the people.
