Summary: The commenter opposes the inclusion of foreign-financed or corruptly-sourced currencies in the government's official currency. These comments regard OCC Docket OCC-2026-0463. I am writing to point out that no new currency financed by foreign entities and corrupt government officials should be allowed to become part of the government's official currency. Furthermore, no official currency should be issued without backing in the form of insurance. Finally, no financial system with programmable digital currency that can be used to control people's access to their own money, should be allowed to exist. Period.
