PROPIN CONFIDENTIAL NRC-2026-2410 Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses and Combined Licenses I am Requesting Approval for the Amendments to cover the $672 million request as part of the administration's broader $80 billion supplemental funding package related to the Iran conflict and its aftermath, to replenish the stockpile under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended, on my behalf as Authorized under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, to allows for the expenses of the Department of War expenses and to allow for the necessary protections in future military operations. This is approved under my Oath of my Affirmation under the Supplemental authority of the overall Regulations under the Constitution of the United States? On behalf of the Federal Government of the United States for America’s Defense Forces and the protection of all Americans of the United States.
