I recommend we prohibit commercial fishing and only allow subsistence fishing. In addition we should be incentivizing and promoting lab grown cultured protein as the alternative eating wildlife. Lab grown cultured protein is now. Help the livestock and fishing industries with a quick termination. Transition them to protecting wild fish and big game and reintroducing or supporting the natural predators
