Roger M. Conard - Comment

I am very much in favor on any safety feature that would protect our younger children and our helpless infants. With record numbers of senseless and preventable deaths each year these measures are way past due. With all the recalls of late the implication of the safety features would go a long way in renewing customer confidence and good will for protecting our children.
