The Digital Chamber ("TDC") is the world's largest digital asset and blockchain trade association, representing more than 250 members across the global blockchain ecosystem, including stablecoin issuers, digital asset firms, national banks, custodians, and tokenization platforms. TDC welcomes the opportunity to comment on the NCUA's proposed regulations implementing the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act (the "GENIUS Act") (Docket NCUA-2026-1024; RIN 3133-AG10). TDC respectfully urges the NCUA to review TDC's prior submissions, to coordinate with the other agencies toward a uniform final framework, and to consider the attached letter, which presents TDC's responses tailored to the NCUA's proposal.
