The Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA) welcomes the opportunity to submit a public comment to the NCUA Board on proposed regulations to implement portions of the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act (GENIUS Act). Our response focuses on Question 189 pertaining to the recommendation of standards.
