This is a futile bureaucratic waste of time and resources. Why not make it $1,000.000, since that would make it appear to be even more of an effort to look like something is being done in terms of the immigration situation? Go back to Congress and have the meaningful work done to reach a compromise on the immigration issue, instead of once again confirming that the current federal government is more interested in playing political games instead of working on and solving problems.
