While we do work closely with city, town leadership Public Housing Agencies do not have control over our community land use, development policies, or permitting. I strongly recommend that the 2023 methodology is used to calculate Renewal Funding Inflation Factors. The 21st Century Road to Housing Act should be a sufficient tool to implement and improve housing supply.
