Title: REINSTATEMENT for Resident Opportunities and Self Sufficiency Toss Programs
I am Requesting the immediate Approval and for an Exception for the Applications on my behalf and my family members, under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, as civilian personnel of the Federal Government Armed Forces, with the existing Approval of the Directors of the Office of Management and Budget, shall be authorized as my voluntary consent for any action that may be necessary to ensure the safety and security for officers of the Executive Branch and their respective agencies.
