The defined level of Inciedental take could have devastating term effects on the Dask population in that region. Please reject the proposal to redefine and how the amount of take that is incidental and add more oversight/ punishment to any conpany drilling in the area. I beileve loss of permit and oil right for any discover infraction would suffice instead of a fine else. That fine would equal an amount the would render the oil site unprofitable
