Summary: The commenter opposes the issuance of an incidental permit for the Dakota Skipper habitat conservation plan. They argue that the American taxpayer should not bear the cost of mitigating fossil fuel damages and suggest that the environment is best protected by phasing out fossil fuels entirely.
I recommend under no circumstance a incidental permit be issued. A study has revealed Chevron has caused 29 trillion dollars in damage presently, and Aramco has caused 69 trillion dollars in damages.
trum and the republicans have soared the national debt. We can't burden the American taxpayer anymore with mitigating fossil fuel damages. The environment and wildlife such as the dakota skipper are easily protected by phasing out fossil fuels. Stop the rising cost of fossil fuel damages.
