As a climber I appreciate our sport being recognized as an activity but your policy needs clarification on the January 4, 2025 date. There are thousands of climbing routes on public land that are not currently in any guidebook or online database. How are you going to establish what date a climbing route was created on? Most climbing area guidebooks do not even include a date for routes that are listed.
