As Principal of Svolgere Group, I write to comment on FTC-2026-0859-0001, the proposed policy statement on AI accuracy suppression. I support using Section 5 authority against covert ideological steering and against states forcing false outputs, but I ask the Commission to narrow enforcement and define 'ideological objective' precisely: see attached letter for full comment.
