Generative AI is so incredibly biased because we as humans are biased, and AI has taken our systemic prejudices and automated them, such that people who are not white, able-bodied, straight, and cisgender are more likely, as in society in general, to be left out of anything good and included in anything that causes them harm. AI makes more errors and is just as biased as humans, and until we can do better there need to be STRICT regulations on the use and spread of it.
