Artificial Intelligence as name suggests is fake, perplexed and has affected livelihood of people. AI’s power has touched every field without consent. Job title is removed, job description is altered for job seekers. Defending our selves is not possible without proper enforcement in place, instead this technology deployed tremendously by end of year 2022. Most of the companies started using hiring bots, to present real event - Fedex career bot is used to apply for a position, after entering phone number not a single call received but scam calls and text messages, no opt out mechanism is these bots. Which legislative agency could have penalized such activity? - When user headed to on site job interview at pharmaceutical company, started getting calls from multiple agencies related to the same hiring company same time and day, why? Whose surveillance is this? Where and who to report at? AI has now already collected what it intended to collect and requires taking it down as future threats it poses. Science is still respected but Technology is not. In social media presenting educational videos on how to use AI tools with tricks, why there is no banner indicating proposed penalties for unethical use? Governance has missed since so long and isn’t this a time to create registration bodies for all technicians for the knowledge they have to monitor the same and hold them accountable for illicit practices. On any given electronic devices containing spare parts has its own separate functions, even these are not justified correctly by big tech firms or small businesses or educational institutions nor in tech degrees, so what guarantees this AI brings? If AI has created jobs why it has failed to find earnings for most of the population? In school education by deploying AI it minimizes natural brain development for the next generation and the usage should be at limited levels and cost. AI has affected so many families in different ways and reimbursement for loss is expected by strong enforcement with lists of fines under code of conduct. For all AI technology, tools, agents required to be listed on specific government websites for consumers to verify with version control numbers because manufacturers are not tracking it’s own products. Where is justice for those who has no suitable income from 2023-2026 in AI era? Overall rating is AI to be used internally and responsibly, not for business profit to cause public disturbance. No doubt, there are better use cases for good intentions and specific industries. The good usage of AI can also be to add it in gunfire device as human shields.
