Yes FTC should regulate any potential deception made by AI developers - whether intentional or accidental. The key is to ensure the investigation/suppression does not become politicized so that ALL issues - deepfakes, copyright issues, any images involving minors, AI generated hate speech, images or memes are investigated no matter the origination.
