Thinking about making transit universally accessible to families, one key factor is the fare structure. Making the fare structure work better for families could help, such as offering some sort of pass that allows for easy payment for entire families rather than being completely based on individual fares. Availability of such offerings, or cost to a family of a given size, could be good things for FTA to track and to encourage improvement in.
