I recommend to prohibit commercial actiivties on PUBLIC lands and waters. It is not necessary or appropriate to limit access of tax paying Americans to their lands and waters by allowing private commercial to have permits and special uses that could go to the public. Extractive industries on public lands should be owned by the public. Stop the kleptocracy
