Problem is that without at least some safety regulations like an emergency brake or emergency manual controls what happens when some people with internet access jack into those systems that automatically controls the car? To me this bill just sounds like you are trying to invite terrorists to test how far they can go with this. So arguably driverless cars should need MORE safety regulations then regular cars not less.
