PROPIN CONFIDENTIAL FRA-2015-0078 DOT/ALL-14 FDMS Declaration of Final Agency Action I am Requesting the Petition for Extension for participation in proceedings of the subject in One Operations for all documentation, installations, needed repairs, maintenance, inspections of the contractors and vendors that participated in the software installations and firmware, along with other equipment and technological tools, for the Operation and Maintenance Manual requirements, on my behalf and under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, shall allow for Emergency Waivers of the enactment of the Domestic Security Act, enactment of the Agriculture Bioterrorism Protection Act of 2002 as amended, shall provide for the Regulations and Orders.-The Secretary of Transportation, as necessary, shall prescribe regulations and issue orders for every area of railroad safety supplementing laws and regulations in effect on October 16, 1970. When prescribing a security regulation or issuing a security order that affects the safety of transportation operations, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall consult with the Secretary of State to carry out any additional regulation necessary for Issuance of the Order of the United States Government. Effective 07/21/2026 for immediate effect upon review, by my Oath of my affirmation by reference of incorporation by association and import, for my Approval, Authorization, voluntary Consent, for the Training, Qualification, and Designation Program for Participation in Proceedings. Please accept my Final Determination of Rule Making Policy under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, for compliance under the Federal Railroad Administration and the Department of Transportation, and Legal Assistance Action by the Department of Justice for any other relevant requirement to comply with this Order.
