Summary: The commenter, a commercial driver, supports the exemption application for Jenifer Sanchez Vilchis. They argue that maintaining CDL privileges for DACA recipients is important for preserving livelihoods and jobs in the commercial driving industry.
Hello to whom it may concern I received my class A CDL 5 years ago. I went through all the work and never received any infractions nor did I violate any laws on the road. One of my business side is driving a commercial vehicle to set up as a food truck. I hope a decision is made in favor of DACA to keep the CDL class A and B a lot of people have already lot jobs and lively hoods due to stripping the CDLs.
