To whom it may concer these is about fmcsa-2025-0886 regarding DACA cdl class b.I am a daca recipient been here since i was 1yrs old I am now 38 these is the only country I know,I ask too please consider daca for class b I am a school bus driver that is on absent leave at these moment due too my license been cancel march6.That day was the hardest day ever not able too say goodbye too my kids in my bus or even coworkers,thankful my job for now is still holding my job till they find out whats the next step.As a daca we go through a process we renew every 2 years with uscis we get finger print making sure we have not commited a crime.I'm a mother to 3 kids that I support on my own.Don't take the change of us too be able too provide for our family just because of 1 persons mistake, as a school bus driver we go through alot training,DMV testing not 1 not 2 but over 3 tests.Once we pass that we train in a school bus with a trainner and prepared to go to CHP and take a written test, we get finger print get our background check.As well we then take our driving with CHP officer in the bus.Safety is my #1 priotity when driving students in my bus those students are my kids in my bus to make sure i pick them up and take them back home safetly.We go through evaluation by trainner once or twice too make sure we doing everything right.I speak and write english perfect is my number 1 language i woudlnt be able too take test in no othet language.Went too elemantary,middle School and High School graduate.DMV has my record since i received A license no tickets no bad record.Became a school bus driver 2018. Its been over 7yrs I have been driving a school bus with safety is a job has help me alot and will hope one day I will go back and drive my bus that I love.Financilly is been a hard moment as well it has not been a easy knowing bills dont wait im not asking for nothing but too consider us daca too be able too get pur cdl class b.Never though it was fair that we was been punish for truckers errors consider what all that a school bus has too go through too be able too maintain a cdl class b.Thank you for giving these opportunity and know we are with safety to the roads and thats my #1 been a school bus driver .LET US GET OUR CDL CLASS B BACK PLEASE .To be able provide for our families, we are not taking no ones job we are good people that didnt choose to come to these country I didnt have a say i was just a baby,but I'm thankful for these country for all the opportunitys that daca has gave me.If it was easy too be able too become us citizen like alot of people assume Im sure alot of daca will of done it but daca has no path too citizenship.thank you for taking your time too be able too read my comment
