And My Thoughts on Some Comments I Have Regarding the Commentary of License A Non-Domiciled Holders/Brief History Included. To whomever is reading this, I originally intended to just comment here about my experience living as a DACA recipient, and just information regarding that topic. However, I read some comments here that made me feel it to be important to copy and paste comments I originally added in the closed docket titled "Commercial Driver's License Standards: Restoring Integrity to the Issuance of Non-Domiciled Commercial Drivers Licenses." I titled the comments with the lettering as: (A), (B), (C), (E), (G), (G), (H). But I do want to mention that I made some typos such as accidentally titling two of the lettering as (G's). The other typo I made was typing "Domeciled" instead of "Domiciled"- and for that I am sorry. I am only a human being and do make human errors. The reason I brought those comments back here from the original docket was because that information is relevant to this petition. I do not hold no bias thoughts about what it means to hold a Class A Drivers License and I am sure the training was tedious in its level. I can not relate to the years of experience of what it is to be a truck driver. And I hold huge respect for truck drivers. I remember when during the covid era and many items were running out of stock at the grocery stores- the truck drivers were who were bringing in items to the state of California- and they were praised as heroes. We cheered for them and were grateful since there was a lockdown occurring. I read some comments about some people talking about my petition and criticizing how is it that this petition is only about Class B and DACA recipients. Well, you see, I am only one person. I do not have authority nor am I an employee that works for FMCSA. I am just a normal person who did reading, investigated, and took a lot of time to even work for this petition. It was not done out of privilege, nor about having connections, and not even by reputational status in my community. I truthfully believe that no one is better than another in society. I am just a normal person who cared deeply at the time to do research regarding this matter. It is very unfortunate having to see division- especially in the immigration community- when we are supposed to be united. I read some comments from other immigrants, family of immigrants- regarding Class A licenses. So I want to say that I did try to help and petition for the return of Non-Domiciled Commercial Driver's License for Class A license holders. But I am only one person and I think it is mean for people to come here and say that my petition is less important due to their circumstances. I personally think that it is essential to instead learn from others and ask how they did what they did to even process a petition. I made many petitions but I am only one person-and I am not a lawyer. Nor do I have experience in law school. I just wanted to sincerely have a calm and boring life and provide for my family. My only intention was just to live a calm life. But many things recently have occurred-especially this said situation- that has caused me to be in this situation. I think that in general all of us as a community need to come together and unite instead of oppressing one another/or making a petition like this one less favorable just because it was not something from somebody that you did not expect to have made it this far. Again, I am only one person. Throughout history, if we were to observe- laws change slowly- and they have only changed when people unite together and work together to support communities from different backgrounds. For example, in the 1960's, there was the civil rights movement that led to many good changes- broad ones- you can look into this era. It was a very important time for the United States. If we were to think one is more important than another- it will only cause society to regress. If one thinks like "oh she does not deserve this because my father/coworker/or someone I know did it this way or worked these many years"- it is basically closing you're roads too. Today it is me you are silencing and saying it is not fair I petitioned this far. For all we know this petition might not be accepted. But at least I tried. Today it is me and my DACA community being affected. But tomorrow it can be you, and your community. That is the meaning of a community-when one gets affected- the rest follow. I really wish that even this petition could be for DACA recipients who hold/used to hold a License A. But I am just one person.
