There should be no exceptions, an CDL holder should be a citizen especially for if driving a bus. Bus accidents can be as devastating or more so than a truck accident because buses carry our most vulnerable passengers. Why should we trust a person to follow the rules when they have shown they are willing to breaks laws just to be here in our country.
