I am writing this comment to express my opinion on why DACA recipients should be allowed to keep their CDL, I came to this country when I 10 years old, I went to middle school and high school, unfortunately I couldn’t attend college due to financial reasons, at the age of 23 thanks to my work permit (DACA) I was able to apply for my CDL and I was able to work as a School bus driver in NYC , before driving a school bus, I went through a comprehensive background check. After two years driving school buses I switched to driving Semi trucks. I am currently 33 years old, and in my 10 years of driving Commercial vehicles I’ve never had any accidents. I agree with a some of the things Mr Sean Duffy is doing, I definitely care about the safety of the people, but taking away CDL’s from people that grew up in this country and allowing people with H-2A and H-2B visas to come work is unfair. Please allow DACA recipients to keep their CDL. Thank you
