See attached file(s) In response To Email sent from { Yvonne G.} involving [incident 220228_001692] or To whomever this may concern this refusal needs to be removed immediately ,,,,,, I have never refused any drug screen ,,,,,, My ex-employer [port transport intermodal] terminated me on 02/15/2022 , my current employer [invictus tranzport llc hired me on 02/16/2022, I did my FMCSA pre-employment drug screen on 02/18/2022 at concentral colletion site ( AA104 ) I recieved a massage from concentral 02/21/20220 asking me to rate my visit and on 02/22/2022 I was in orientation with my current employer [ Invitcus ] my ex-empolyer [ port transport ] kept calling me to come back to work I had excepted a job with Invitcus and was in the middle of orientation and signing my new conract so i Blocked port transports number at no time between 02/15/2022 and 02/22/2022 did anyone from port transport say anything to me about a drug screen I have text and phone calls from the 02/22/2022 to 02/22/2022 they never said anything to me concerning a drug test therefore i never refused, port transport got mad and terminated me because i wouldn;t do a load on a day they approved and agreed i took off and fired me i never take off work i work every day that i can, now to keep me from working anywhere i,m confused if he fired me on 02/15/2022 shouldn't port transport have called concentra and told them i don't work there anymore instead of I refused on 02/22/2022 ? PORT TRANSPORT wants to sabatage me because i said no to a load they wanted me to do on a day i told them ahead of time i wasn't gonna be there i'm a sub contractor i have the right to turn down any job i don't want there is no forced dispatch ,,, there was no refusal please remove this so i can get back to work thankng you before hand for your time and patience with this matter
