I did not know about the mercury in amalgam because of the dental industry’s deceptive practices. As a child I was subjected to many mercury fillings which now I know did harm to my body. I am urging you to ban mercury fillings in the dental industry so that people in this country can be assured that they are being treated right when going to the dentist. Now, if you want an alternative to mercury or any holistic type treatment, it comes out of our own pockets because our dental insurance does not cover those treatments. Please right this wrong as well. Thank you so much for working on this situation in the dental industry.
