I try to buy my eggs from people who raise their chickens responsibly and in healthy and natural conditions. Often, it is hard to find that, and I would so like to know that the eggs sold in stores that say Pasture Raised really mean that, and it isn't a false marketing hype. It would be so helpful to know that they are regulated and overseen by the FDA, guaranteeing we can trust what the labels say.
