Summary: The commenter opposes the widespread rollout of LED streetlights and vehicle headlights, citing concerns about glare and the loss of softer lighting. They request that authorities research alternative lighting products that are less harmful to other drivers.
Although I am in agreement that there needs to be better lighting on roads and even some highways, I absolutely despise the rollout of the LED lamps that took iver evert nook abd cranny that had softer lighting. There was obviously a national roll-out that come to every town and roadway. I also find it very, very difficult to drive at night when oncoming traffic LED blue light headlights temporarily blind me while I am driving. I try to focus on the side line, but sometimes I still get residual light glare after a car has passed. Please research other types of lighting for vehicles especially. I’m sure there are products out there that can do the job and be less harmful to other drivers.
