Harm reduction testing strips and devices need to be easily and readily available. No exemptions, and not only focused on employment. No one chooses to be an addict and until they are able to pull themselves from the cycle, there needs to be harm reduction in place to help those people (HUMAN BEINGS) get to the other side of addiction
