Summary: An individual commenter opposes the proposed guidance, expressing strong emotional distress over the use of animals in drug testing. They advocate for a transition to non-animal testing technologies and suggest using human prisoners as an alternative.
I have been so sad over finding out about these poor dogs being born into cruelty and to only live to be tortured and abused for no reason at all. We need to stop this and I am begging you to please help me and everyone who know this is very wrong. I also find it scary to think that these animals are being tested for human drugs and things that don’t equal what may be safe for a dog may not be safe in a human body. I would love to help you find a non animal testing future. I know in this new age we have the technology to do this and we need to do it. To abuse innocent animals in this way is unfair and completely unnecessary and inhumane. Also why can’t people in prison serving life sentences or are on death row why can’t they be used for these types of testing? I mean at least they did something wrong and they aren’t serving any good purposes anymore. Just a real thought. On the animal end of it we as a country need to do better and protect these sweet animals and quit torturing them and using them in painful and unnecessary ways. Please lets do better together and start doing the right thing!!
