It didn't help, banning vapes online reduced youth vaping by 6.6% but places without the ban they dropped by 7.2% cigarette addiction in youths grew 9.8%. all you did was shift them from flavored vapes to the even more harmful cigarettes. Nice work people, round of applause. Instead of Targeting the issue you just banned the outcome and prayed it would work.
