Summary: A vapor business owner expresses extreme frustration over flavor bans and the financial ruin they cause for small businesses. The commenter argues that the current regulations are ineffective at stopping youth usage and suggests that the government is prioritizing the interests of big tobacco companies over small business owners.
As a Vapor business Owner in the State of Utah, I am on the brink every single month of needing to close my store down, due to the flavor ban. What you so called "representatives" on your thrones fail to realize, when an individual sinks everything they have into opening a business and then 90% of the products that business model requires to survive are ripped out from under you, how can one escape financial ruin? If States doing this truly cared, they would have made business owners whole and paid fair market values of what a business was worth.
That would dictate decency and common sense though, right. Why bother be fair to the peasants right?
In the mean time, youth usage of Zyn and cigarettes have sky rocketed 300% this year alone. It is truly laughable to think any of you petty schills aren't in the pockets of the big 3 tobacco companies. The average person is beginning to see they are not represented in a decent fashion when it comes to anything in this Country. More people are understanding the "club" every. Single. Day.
There are endless solutions to mitigate youth usage, but it will never be 0. You can't even keep cigarettes out of the hands of youth and that is totally acceptable to you all. It's truly such a potato brain mentality. I guess that's the perks of being bought and paid for right?
Thank you overlords for keeping us all safe and sound upon your mighty thrones. I wish none of you well as the average American suffers beneath you and you all could care less.
