The purpose of the FDA is to ensure that drugs have efficacy and are safe - especially drugs we know are unknown and potentially harmful such as the mRNA class which are not vaccines, regardless of the current fake designation. The Covid drugs have caused much more damage than good and have no business being used under any circumstances. There is full appearance of criminality at the FDA.
The Constitution is a contract and the government has obligations. Such obligations are not being met and the FDA contributes to this breach of responsibility. What that means is that the FDA and its misconduct is rendering taxation in the United States illegal. People in America should not have to pay taxes when so clearly their government is corrupt or negligent. This is something that is going to materially affect the government going forward.
