There appears to be a large amount of studies endorsing this petition for a third indication of anti-aggression for clozapine. What is the delay in adding it to the label? While time continues to pass waiting, families and their SMI diagnosed loved-ones, continue to suffer. Irreparable deterioration can occur in the progressing SMI and the family dynamics. Also, actions made by the untreated/under-treated individual can result in harm to others, incarceration, or death. It's unforgivable that the option of using clozapine to reduce aggression is not widely known and readily available.
