Summary: The commenter is submitting a preprint research paper and additional references to support the scientific context of the citizen petition. I am submitting this comment to place additional materials into the administrative record that I believe are relevant to the issues raised in this citizen petition. Attached are nine references supporting the scientific context discussed in the petition. I am also including, below, a link to a video interview with William Parker, PhD, which I believe may be informative to the FDA’s consideration of the petition.
