Summary: The commenter is an individual urging the FDA to revise the labeling of over-the-counter acetaminophen products to clearly warn about potential dangers to children. They argue that the FDA has lost public trust and should prioritize public safety over pharmaceutical interests.
I strongly encourage the members to take action and make revisions to the labeling of all over the counter products containing the acetaminophen drug. The FDA has lost much of the public trust in recent years as members have appeared to be pharmaceutical drug representatives rather than safety advocates for the public they are tasked to serve. Do the right thing, do no harm, and let the public clearly know the potential dangers that acetaminophen poses to children.
