I am commenting to report my experiences taking the SSRI sertraline through three separate pregnancies. I was told it was completely safe. My first pregnancy in 2012, I developed pre-eclampsia and had to deliver two weeks early. My second pregnancy my baby was extremely twitchy for weeks after birth. He was one week late and weighed only just over seven pounds. My third baby had colic for the first 6 months of her life. My first two children both have dyslexia and dysgraphia… there are no known cases on either side of our families. Could it be linked? Who really knows.
