There is a reason administrators of every stripe are objects of the ordinary person's disgust. In education, in government, in business: they not only do and encourage wrong things, but obvious right things take them forever. The inventor of ivermectin won a Nobel Prize; they don't give Nobel prizes to horse doctors. Everyone knows this; you seem not to be able to face obvious truths. When I was growing up my Polish grandfather used to tell Polack jokes: How many Polacks does it take to ... Polack jokes being hate speech these days, a good comic should be able to make an unhated living by telling administrator jokes: how many administrators does it take to allow Nobel Prize winning medicine to be available to the public AND what is their time frame? You're the punch line and America is still waiting for the answer.
