NarxCare shut absolutely B against HIPAA. A patient has a right to know everything that is said about their medical care and patience. Doctors should know who collects the data and how they collect it as we all know there are so many misunderstandings and this could definitely affect a patient’s life regulations obviously need to be in place, but they need to be reasonable. All pain patients are human they occasionally make mistakes but not to the point where it kills them or anyone else. There will always be bad apples and everything and as mentioned people will be human sometimes right now the government is literally killing people by giving them no choice to drink alcohol because they can’t get their medication. Some needs to do a study on all of this. It is to the point of being totally out of control.
