The NarxCare is a very dangerous tool because it is not science based and does not take a patients condition into account. They are trying to predict things that are not predictable because we are all different in how our bodies tolerate medication and pain. This is definitely steps in the wrong direction. The right answer was to never open the borders and allow all kinds of drugs to pour into the country. There will always be illegal drugs. Efforts should be made to eliminate and educate our next generation on illegal drugs. Prescription medication is not the problem.
