This is an absolute must! People are being judged based on interactions that are opinion only. I have seen this myself. It is imperative that we stop punishing patients for certain doctors, nurses, etc. opinions. Sometimes things happens that are out of our control. Let’s stop punishing patients. Let’s regulate this, and one should be able to see their score and why in detailed records from original sources with names, and one should be able to dispute it, without negative recourse. This “system” of grading and denying is unfair and ruins many people’s lives.
