NARC CARE AND PDMD IS A BLATENT VIOLATION OF HIPPA. DOES HIPPA EVEN EXIST!!!!I . Doctors are using it as if they're law enforcement and dismissing patients for having a score they deam as high, even though the patient might be on one controlled substance. This is a major privacy violation and it resulting in discrimination, especially for disabled individuals. Please help us patients that deal with chronic pain. We didn’t ask for this. I pray everyday for the lord to give me a pain free day. Second prayer is not to be judge by doctors, pharmacist and the government.
