The commenter advocates for regulated, in-person medical care including ultrasounds and pregnancy confirmation.
As someone who works daily in a medical facility caring for women's health, I can assure you that patients who take these drugs to induce an abortion without regulated, in person, medical care (ultrasound to determine gestational age, rule out ectopic pregnancy, confirm a viable pregnancy, etc...) experience ineffective results at best and major medical consequences risking their health at worst.
