I am submitting this public comment as a patient who has experienced significant clinical benefits from the medical use of BPC-157 and MOTS-c.
I urge the FDA to recommend the inclusion of BPC-157 and MOTS-c on the 503A Bulk Drug Substances List. Restricting or prohibiting access to these compounds through lawful, licensed 503A compounding pharmacies does not protect patient safety; rather, it forces patients to lose access to effective therapies or risks driving people toward unregulated, unmonitored "research use only" gray markets.
