I have been a vegetarian and organic for more than 50 years and now at 78 years I have no desire to change what has been a healthy diet. I would appreciate clear, transparent labeling on my purchase. It is bad enough to have to deal with the consequences of pesticides on our foods. It seems to me that all foods should be labeled with the pesticides that are used on them. Organic farming should be encouraged by a lower tax rate on organic farm lands.
